Every human being has a biological chronotype 🔶️Know when your peak performance hours are (& maybe even your slumps in productivity!) Carve out your peak times for your most cognitively challenging tasks You'd get so much more done and with so much more ease during your peak times ❗️Make sure you don't have blurred associations between work and home/personal life Create designated space, have physical objects that can work as triggers (Remove those objects when it's not designated work time) Remember to not be so connected Digital hygiene is the no. 1 mistake folks make

    Not so true anymore, the Apple customer experience is trash now. They hire anybody, people who have no expertise reading off an online manual. It’s pathetic. I lost $400 on a mistake their customer service made. Also the store sold me the wrong item which was incompatible with my device, and they wouldn’t exchange it. No more SJ, no more Apple.

    Dr Beckman's example of a trained musician becoming a programmer rings true. Music theory and composition, and computer programming are both similar functional processes. Often the musician has an inner sense of math that is highly developed and influences their artistry, but may not recognize it as such. Missing may be the base principles of math that make formal math understandable. Many degreed musicians work as programmers. Particularly those who excel in theory and composition tend to make very good programmers.
